YOU RENEW THIS AGREEMENT UPON LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND/OR USING ANY OF THE SITES SERVICES. ANY QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TOWARDS THE FALLING PIXEL SUPPORT TEAM VIA THE SUPPORT SECTION OF THE SITE.

Your satisfaction is important to Falling Pixel Ltd. and we endeavour to provide the highest level of service and quality. In rare cases that you as the customer are not satisfied with a product and we cannot rectify the issues related to the product then we will issue a full payment refund or exchange. The product or asset in question may only be exchanged for another downloadable product sold by Falling Pixel Ltd.

Refunds are at the discretion of Falling Pixel Ltd and only redeemable within 28 days of purchase.

We work to ensure all products are described correctly, include all listed files and ensure our products are of the highest quality.
