Q: Do you offer a custom modeling service?

Yes. If you cannot find what you are looking for then you can request custom content. We work to ensure the content is created within your budget and within your deadline. For more information see our 3DRequest service page.

 
Q: Do you have a money back guarantee?

Yes. If a product description does not match the product in question or the product listing is misleading and we cannot correct these issues then you will be entitled to a refund. For more information on our refund policy click here.

 
Q: What are the usage rights to a product I have purchased?

Products purchased are royalty-free, non-exclusive and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in the product description. The license allows you to include products in any commercial or non-commercial final product where the original files and content are not accessible. Examples of this include but are not limited to: Rendered animations, rendered stills, video productions, printed materials, game design, interactive content, computer simulations and 3D printing.

The license expressly prohibits you from redistributing or reselling content.

Q: Do I have to pay any additional fees to use the product I have purchased?

No. All products on the Falling Pixel marketplace are provided royalty free unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please read our EULA for more information.

 
Q: Are you able to provide format conversion on a product I wish to purchase?

Yes. We endeavour to provide products in the format you require and are able to convert to many popular formats. Please contact us before purchase and we will assess your requirements and determine if the conversion is possible. This service is provided free of charge.

 
Q: How often will I receive my royalties?

If you have a balance of more than 5 Euros then you can request for your royalties to be sent. To request royalties click the cash out button in your member area and your royalty request will be processed by our team. Please allow up to 48 hours for PayPal payments to be sent and 14 working days for cheque postage and bank transfers.

 
Q: What are the methods of royalty payment?

Royalties can be sent as a cheque, to PayPal or as a bank transfer. Please note that cheque amount will be converted from Euros to Great British Pounds and bank transfers may be subject to a 17.50 Great British Pounds charge.

 

 
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Discover card. We also accept payments through PayPal.

 
Q: Can I pay using my PayPal account?

Yes, we accept PayPal payments. Please click the Pay With PayPal link in the checkout area.

 
Q: How do I download an item after I buy it?

Tthe item will be available in your member area, clicking the download link will give you access to all the associated product files. If for any reason that the assets is not available to you after confirming that the payment has been received you can contact the support team and we will add the product to your account.

 
Q: Do I have to fill out any IRS forms or pay IRS tax at Falling Pixel?

No. Falling Pixel is located within the European Union and is not part of the Internal Revenue Service of America.

 
Q: How do I remove a product from Falling Pixel?

To remove products log in to your account and go to the "Edit Assets" area in the member area, from here click the delete button next to the product you wish to remove. Please note that removed products can be retrieved up to 24 hours after deletion, after this time the products will not be removed permanantely from our servers.

 
Q: How do I disable one of my assets so people cannot buy it anymore?

Simply log in and go to your member area. Click on the 'Edit Assets' tab. From here simply uncheck the box under the Asset On/Off column, this will mean that it is no longer active and people will not be able to purchase your products.

 
Q: How do I become a Featured Artist?

The team at Falling Pixel chooses Featured Artists based on the quality and interest surrounding those assets.

 
Q: Why does Falling Pixel take a commission?

Falling Pixel takes an extremely competitive percentage to cover the costs involved in hosting, marketing, selling, future upgrades of the site/service and other associated running costs. This ensures that all of our members receive the best possible service.

 
Q: How much Royalty do I receive?

Falling Pixel awards our sellers with 58% of the total purchase cost. Please see our EULA for more detailed information.

 
Q: How do I sell my assets on Falling Pixel?

Q: I have received an e-mail asking me for my password, what should I do?

Falling Pixel will NEVER ask for your password. If you suspect any mail fraud please forward the email to support@fallingpixel.com, with the subject: 'EMF'

 
Q: Do I retain the intellectual property of my products on Falling Pixel?

Yes. Buyers are granted the right to use the asset for all purposes other than to resell or repackage and do not gain the full copyright; at no point do you relinquish these rights to Falling Pixel or the end user. Please find more detailed information on this in our EULA.

 
Q: Another member is selling one of my Assets, what can I do?

Contact Falling Pixel as soon as possible via our contact form in the Support section. We take intellectual property theft and copyright law very seriously at Falling Pixel. If the asset is found to be breaking intelectual property laws, we will disable the product immediately and disable the member account involved. For information about your rights and our policies, please read our EULA.

 
Q: Do my models have to be of professional quality to sell on Falling Pixel?

We like to pride ourselves on the diversity and selection of high quality products available on Falling Pixel. We will routinely screen products and assure they are of acceptable quality, if they are found to be unacceptable we will e-mail you before removal to offer suggestions for improvement.

 
Q: Can I sell in any format on Falling Pixel?

Falling Pixel accepts a large range of formats, some formats may be prohibited on Falling Pixel including any executable files. If you wish to post a format that is not supported pyou can contact us and we will review the file.

 
Q: I have accidentally removed a product from my account, what can I do?

Products can be retrieved up to 24 hours after deletion, after this time the product will be permanantly removed. Please contact our support team if you require a product to be retrieved: support@fallingpixel.com.

Q: I have forgotten my password, how can I retrieve it?

Click the forgotten password link on the login/register page, you will then be asked to enter in your registered e-mail address. Once submitted you will recieve an e-mail to your registered account detailing your username and password. We cannot access your original password as this is encrypted in our database.

 
Q: What should I do if I do not receive my account verification e-mail?

If you do not recieve a verification e-mail from us you can contact our support team from your registered e-mail and we will verify your account.

 
Q: I have forgotten my username, how can I retrieve it?

Please contact Falling Pixel support from your registered e-mail address and our support staff will notify you of your username.
